She has worked with national and regional CPA firms, gaining knowledge of accounting and operational practices by working directly with firm leadership. She excels at establishing best practice procedures, creating processes that improve workflow and optimize efficiency, and generating and providing training documentation.
Sue has gained her knowledge of accounting and operational practices through her career experience successfully managing multiple office locations.
